I have a problem with Rain, since i got my internet, i have trouble with it, i got my Rain on the 15 of March 2023, a week later it was off, They told me i must pay my account, but on my Rain app my pay date is for the 1st of every month, because i don't get paid in the middle off the month, at the end of march i paid my account we are at the 26 and my Rain is off again, this is the worst internet provider every so now I can't work because my internet is off, no work no pay, they refuse to change the date on there system, i have send many email to them to change the date, and every time a phone it is back on the 15the i am going too loss my work, because off the internet i work in high risk security, i must be available 24/7 but now i cant because Rain is off I am getting ****ed with Rain
