Bad Service

Good Peter I'm so over with Rain service provider. I'm from Pietermaritzburg I've been out of internet since 11March 2023. I've reported to Rain they send me new sim card. With the new sim card still no internet but they took their money. Still today no internet. When I call the customer care they keep saying they will escalate the matter but I've not received any help and I'm still without internet
