Bad Service
Not happy with the service i am getting from rain. i have a sim card for six months i have been experiencing slow internet sometimes i dont get internet at all. I have been logging calls and no one is attending to them. this is really frustrating since we working from home and kids doing their homework. Below are some of the reference of the calls that i have logged.

30 Jul 2020, 11:49Internet keeps on dropping its getting worse everyday and i am still waiting for someone to contact me. If something cant be done regarding this i might as well terminate my contract.
