Bad Service, Client services doesn't exist, ***********!!!!!

I have been struggling to get assistance since August, 5G connection sucks and I tried all their silly suggestions and still nothing helps with signal strength. I will be cancelling my membership and getting something else and a company who actually values their clients. Will not recommended Rain to anyone, they take their money every month yet they have no service delivery!!!
