Bad service, charging

Rain did me dirty. First I had cancelled my membership with them and told them that I want to stop using the router and their services, Tell me how come I’ve been getting emails and messages, Saying that I am Owing Rain more than R1000. I had spoken to a lady and I told her that I want to cancel my services, I guess she never cancel them and even though I did get an email for the Router pick up but no one has contacted me, Every time when I try to call them, No one wants to assist me in picking up the Router but right now they are Sending me messages and emails of debt payments 😭😭😭. I cancelled long time ago but they are still charging me, They’ve been saying they want to pick up the Router, But when I instruct them on how they can do it when they can come, No one shows up no one answers, But they are still charging me till this day…
