****** BAD SERVICE
What a disaster. NO customer service and no signal. After how many complains to customer support nothing has been done yet. still very poor signal and most of the time there is no signal whatsoever. You get a email that tells you the matter has been resolve but believe me it never been resolve. Then they ask you to rate there service i mean really. I cancelled my rain account, that same day they did disconnect me. But no refund yet. Very bad service from RAIN. Please do not get RAIN YOU GOING TO WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!

You said the tower works fine, How do you know where I am. I get it you people tells every body that complains there towers work fine.
Any case i am still buffering my upload speed is 0.26kbs
