Bad Service

So I am of the opinion that Rain is *****ing around with our speed and coverage to force us to upgrade. I don't mind to upgrade but they must just get hold of me so that we can discuss the options. They did get hold of me more than 2 weeks ago and I told the guy to phone me back so that we could finish the discussion but nothing happened. They seem to not be interested in helping me.
