Bad service
on the 18 October 2021 Rain sim card died and never picked next work. i only got another sim yesterday at 12:00 until today the new Sim Card is not working, i called them and they said i must waiting until tomorrow. at the same time they debit full amount while last month and this month i am only using their services for 15 days????

12 Nov 2021, 16:02Good day, you never listen to all the calls and funny enough the last person whom i spoke to had nerves to cut my call and pretend that the phone call got cut.
yesterday i spoke to a gentlemen who confirmed with me that sim swap will not be cancelled and arranged for the delivery. otherwise why would i keep on calling you if i knew that i did not want your services?
