Bad service

Rain internet providers service is really disgusting. I place an order online and paid the pro rata on the 11th of January 2023. I was informed the package will be delivered in 3-5 working days and today is the 26th of January 2023 I haven’t received my package and I am running behind with work work as I cannot work from home any more. I honestly wouldn’t recommend rain as an Internet provide as they don’t value their customers at all. We are just a number to them and it ridiculous.
