Bad Service

Network connectivity: Rain has outsourced their support service to a company that does not reside in South Africa, when contacting their support staff, you will speak to a Lee, Joy, Joe, Peter etc. they will not give you their Surnames for reference purposes, they will not give you any reference details they will promise to call you back? wish full thinking. The network is always unstable. A company that will not employ South African's is a company I will not support.
