Bad service/ Cancellation of subscription

Pathetic tactics Rain keep on debiting my account without success they promised to contact me but has bothered to call me. I don't want any relationship with them they must just come and pick up their router period PLEASE. I have blocked them to debit on my account but keeps on trying to debit daily this is embarrassing
