BAD SERVICE

I bought Rain's sim card online a month and a half ago. I was supposed to RICA it myself, I did that but had a problem with uploading the picture of myself, I told them and they phoned me and said that a card that will be sent, that was ready to use. A week later I received a call that I must have my ID and proof of address ready because the delivery is coming, I waited the whole day, nobody came. Two days later I received a call and they said a driver came and he said I did not have my ID with me and this was not true, the second time they said they did not find anyone at the premises, that was another lie because the premises where they were delivering to, are business premises which are always opened during working hours. Please assist me to get my money back.
