Bad Service
Below is the message I got after booking a new Sim Card online on the 2nd of the month. Delivery will take place in 2-3 days, I was told. Been a full week now. Nothing from Rain or DSV!!! I have to phone to follow up. Today I am told there is no request for a new Sim. But I have a Ref no:***3

I did pick up the call. I was put through to the call center only for the call to be dropped.
I went to the Rain store in Bonaero Park. Got assisted in 2 Minutes. Instore service was great. Get more store to assist customers!!! Shops are 10 times better than call centers.
