Bad service

Cutting the connection of wifi even though is paid through money market, no one is calling for feedback from the 3rd of July, iv bn calling, emailing everyone, Nawaal Emaandien, Fiona Thandeka Coloza but dey neva called for feedback, I asked for refund but....I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS COMPANY, RAIN
