BAD SERVICE BY RAIN WIFI UNLIMITED 5G

Good day I have been having problems with RAIN WIFI I have been complaining with Rain with regards to my WIFI speed I am currently having I have been misinformed that my wifi speed is at 100mbps however this is not true i have checked it myself and it is not even above 2mbps and i am paying for R749 unlimited at 100mbps and that is not true.

I have called made complains about this however the support kept telling me I am on 100mbps at that moment I am struggling to stream, download the WIFI keeps buffering
