bad Service BY Rain
I have had the most terrible service from Rain firstly their call centre is unable to assist me, I called 3/4 days in a row as my Wi-Fi was down for a whole 2 days I even opted for a callback still today they haven't called me back (Ref ***4 date 2 May 2024 ;REF ***0 date 2 June 2024) ever since I couldn't watch TV. I CALLED again this morning But still no help.
