Bad service by myrain /rainone company

I have experienced the worst service with this company I have been overcharged twice recently my wifi bill was supposed to be sent on the 1st of January but since it was holidays they sent it on the 23rd of December fine I paid part of my bill and when I wanted to settle my balance on the 31st only to find out my bill has gone up from balance of 298 to 1029 and they have cut off my internet service till today it's not solved and I don't have any option to settle the balance of 298.... I have sent them screen shots and statements on thier facebook inbox, the other lady called and it's like she wantedw to listen to what she is saying and wasn't interested in what I was saying.... She dropped the call and told me she will call back in few minutes but never did because they want me to pay something the amount they sent which is very wrong...... How can they sent 2 bills in 5 days who does that, how can I pay December and January at the same time and we only 4 days in January so where does January bill come from when I haven't used their data for January

I really disappointed I now believe that rain is on ****ming people
