Bad service

I'm Disgusted by your service, I called in in July to cancel my 2 routers till today you guys are deducting from my account. Last month I spoke to the team leader who is clearly as useless and he promised to put the money they owe me on credit for other months. Yesterday they debited again full amount. I want my money back ASAP!! for the 3 months they debited. And cancel all this ****en routers I want nothing to do with rain anymore.
