Bad service

Last month i cancelled their services, they debited, when i called they told me that i was paying for August as i pay for the current month, i was debited again this month and Babalwa, the consultant i spoke to said i pay in arrears, when i ask her to ho back to my previous call where i was told i was paying for the current month, she told me that she will not do that. She logged a refund ticket claiming that i want a refund for August when i told her that i want the refund for September. I can never recommend Rain, their consultants are rude and they ignore when you trying to complain
