Bad Service, Bad Network

Every month one has to complain to rain why? Why do we pay a service we are not getting, despite the weather, yesterday it was raining heavy and there was network. Now there's no rain... What the hell is wrong here. No 5G, No 4G yet month end we pay in full. When you call there's no answer, I've been holding on for 30min no answer. Rain service is ridiculous, sorry to whoever has just joined it.
