Bad service, bad download speeds.

Extremely bad service is being received. They don't respond to complaints and ignore you as a paying customer. We are currently on the 4g R479 uncapped plan (our area does not offer 5g) We are supposed be receiving 10mbs download speeds but currently only receiving 0,02mbs download speeds. It's not even enough to watch Netflix let alone get on Facebook lite....

These people simply ignore all fault complaints.

Do not use their services, rather wait for Fibre to be installed in the area. We will be canceling with this poor service provider and will be going with Fibre.
