Bad service, Bad Company.

Good day I trust you well Kindly note that I'm not happy with the service provided by rain I deactivated my rain 5g account and their router was taken however an sms came through instructing on billing payment, why would they bill me if I didn't even utilize the router and was told that they will cancel my debit order, I give a zero star rating, it's a bad company that can't treat customers fairly and they not transparent enough.
