Bad service
I have sent numerous request to be contacted by rain I just get ticket numbers but no one calls I'm still waiting I have even called and no one answer and then left the option for a call back but still to date no reply PLEASE CAN SOMEONE JUST CALL MENIT IS URGE

29 Apr 2024, 17:42As mentioned it is urgent I canceled my contract as was told I only need to pay 529 but for some reason when I checked it says 1600 I haven't used rain since Nov of last year and was now considering rather activating but I refuse to pay 1600 as I have not used my box or the internet
