bad service

I Bought the rain sim card for internet use and activated for the unlimited data. The covarage was not working for me so i cancel the service:

"Hi Vhulisa, we've received your SIM cancellation request. Please note, cancellation will take place on 01-Jun-2020. All the best, rain"

no today i get an sms from my bank of money going out. I dont even use the sim so why take my money when i have cancelled the service
