BAD SERVICE

I have been talking to a ask rain since Friday about the rout which does not want to connect to my TV and i was promised that they will log a ticket and they will get back to me, Its Monday now and i am still waiting for feedback and now has came back to me. Every time when you chat to ask rain you keep on getting same answer. I REGRET TAKING RAIN ROUTER ITS A BAD EXPERINCE, and i am think of Canceling it
