Bad service

I paid rain on the 25th of May and then changed the date to the 1st of every month, then it showed that I would pay on the 1st of July, they however debuted my account on the 1st of June. When I requested them to return my money they said they would, however, I keep calling everyday to request them to return the money and they haven’t. Even now I’m online, the consultant just told me to hold on….. he didn’t even take my ID number he just asked me to hold on, for what I don’t know. I need help
