Bad Service

Worst service out. We have had bad internet speed fir 4 days now and these idiots tel me to reset the router and al sorts of idiot stuff that I know is not the problem. I do understand how IT and networks work Rain. No body eve calls and talks to you. Very frustrated with this company. No personal people communication. Sends an e mail and then thats the last you here from them. Bunch of money grabbers and I was recommended to Rain by a friend. Wil tel him also that its not as good as he thinks.
