Bad service

No customer support response ever you try and contact them but they don't pick up and when they do the fone gets cut off but they send you an email saying they will contact you but that never happens once again great product but the customer service is extremely poor if the could be a rating in the negative to express the bad service it would be a negative 5 you don't get response even if you request something from the app no response and they quick to sign you up but when you need customer service none
