Bad service

I order a sim by rain mobile but I cancel the order mistakenly thinking I cancel a old order. I keep asking for advice by a Rain agent to phone me or advise me what i need to do. Due to the fact that the money was already taken from my bank account. So I need the money to be transferred back to my account. I don't want the sim card any more. I get no joy from the agent and I feel it is really bad service
