Bad Service

I have been complaining about the router not working and they have been promising to call ever since May 2025. Now I have decided to cancel and they have decided that they will debit while no one got back to me. Please come and collect your router because its not working for me and stop debiting my account. I will not be liable for a cost that could have been avoided. You promised to refund me for the weeks where i was not able to connect and you didn't, so take that money and pay for your service.
