Bad Service at RAIN
The service provider with the ****tiest customer service After payment was made today the cut of my service and says I owe them for a previous month and after they argue with me I send them my proof of payment for last 3 months and still my service has not been connected . If this was the first time something like this happened to me I would understand but it is now the umpteenth time. This is almost now a monthly occurrence with Rain Bad bad service and a *********** financial department

Yes and I have send them prove of payment for 3 Months Desember 2025 , January 2026, and today February 2026 , talked to consultants and your AI robot which all of them confirmed that they received POP and that there is a latency in my ACC but still no Internet service and my ACC still shows Overdue R625
