Bad service and useless consultant

I'm extremely disappointed in Rain and their consultants. They are unreliable and seem unaware of what they're doing. For the past two months, I have requested the cancellation of my 4G service after upgrading to 5G 101, but they have not processed it. Every month, I am billed R1130.00, despite requesting to only pay R595 for 5G 101. To make matters worse, when I call for assistance, the consultant transfers me from one person to another or hangs up. Rain appears to be becoming increasingly unhelpful and avoids written communication as if they have something to hide.
