Bad service and unprofessional

I wish this will get an attention because I feel bul**** and undermined by this organization. I took a rain Sim which clearly stated that is pay as you get if you don't pay you don't get internet access suddenly Im owing rain no one is answering me on when did my contract change and no one is answering on how am I owing if I did not use their services because from what I know is that I didn't have internet access.
