Bad Service and unjust charges

They make it difficult to cancel. I tried to cancel my router for 3 months and they continued charging me, when they finally cancelled it they waited for the 1st of the month to charge me again and then fetch the router now I have to pay for a router I dont have. Don't use this service its slow and the service is non existent
