Bad Service and Super slow internet

I battled with my Rain Service for the last couple of months.Rain supp**** me with a new router but still from 17:00-20:30 the signal is so slow that you cant even go on a webside.I want to cancel my rain service but battled 3 times tonight on the phone for 40-1 hour and no one can assist.I really think Rain must change the services to the worst service for internet in the world.
