Bad Service and ********!!!

They don’t even deserve a rating. I’ve cancelled my account on the 8th of April I was advised that month end of April I will only be debited the 8 days that I used the services which I didn’t have a problem with , end of April an amount of 475.00 was debited in my account I then called then just to find out they said they will escalate to finance for a refund.. still haven’t received any call or refund from rain . In may rain went ahead again and debited my account for an amount of 475.00 I then called the agent advised it shows on the system that contract was cancelled in April the 8th she will escalate to finance again for a refund ref number : *** till today rain hasn’t contacted me or refunded my account . A BUNCH OF ********!!
