Bad service and rude towards me

It's not even two months with Rain wifi however the service is disgusting, horrible from advisor to team leader when you call the contact center 😧 wow I'm flabbergasted as how they treat they customers and drop the lines and making empty promises yet they money they are quick to get in my account I'm paying for services that is not working I'm being advised that there's nothing they can do as it's not they issue that I don't have connection problems yet come month end they will be in my bank account for they money when you explain the issue the advisors are rude and very nonchalant I'm so annoyed, frustrated and over this poor service they promise to call back but they never do they not available during weekend via the phone how when they are a SP
