Bad Service and rude attitude from the consultant

I have not had internet connection since Monday the 12th December. I called the supplier and explained my situation and I was told is due to loadshedding and the issue should be resolved within 24hours. I called them again today as the issue is still continued and the lady dropped the call on my ears. I sent them emails and have not heard from them. I do not owe them anything, my account with them is up to date but I buy data everyday even after having to pay rain every month.
