Bad service and Rain is a ****
WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!
I haven’t been using rain since last year due to not being able to pay cause of financial difficulties now when I check the app it says I owe over R5000???
Why am I overdue on something I have not been using??? Your agent on twitter said my internet service was still active hence I owe but who asked you to activate the service if I am not making payment? For a whole year you bill someone who isn’t making payment??? How does that make sense???
I want this device collected please advise how i can log a call for it to be activated??? I’m not going to pay 5k for something I haven’t used!!!
