Bad Service and poor connectivity

The customer service is so bad. they keep on hanging up my call. The wifi is weak and its even worse now. Imagine having to pay for something that is not useful to you and buy extra data on top of that. I asked for my refund because they cannot help me but still i was told that i need to wait for their response. Its tiring complaining about the same thing everyday.
