Bad service and no refund

rain South Africa you are not attending to my problem as well. I received a call from you and the consultant said he will call after 2 minutes that was it!!!!!! I get billed on the 25th of every month since 2019 and Normally manually pay my bill by the 31st as it shows on my invoices On the 31st I paid my bill manually R739 and decided to change my billing date to the 1st of every month because you guys cut my Internet from the 25th until I pay. Now today the 1st of May you bill.me again R739 and you say the cycle us post paid not prepaid I need my money paid back I do not owe anything and cannot pay R1478😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have proof record of my payment plan Invoices and the reference numbers for both payments

That is not correct. My payment plan is that I pay on the 25th of every month as it shows December 2022 I paid 31st

28th February 2023
The i was billed 25th March but I only paid manuall 31st of March 2023

I changed my billing date from the 25th to the 1st as soon as I paid on the 31st March 2023

Then Rain deducted ANOTHET R739 FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THE 1ST OF APRIL

I CANNOT PAY R1478

No invoice for March was paid on the 31st of March if you see my invoice
April bill for 25th was paid on the 30th of April

Then 1st of May you deducted again

25th December 2022 I was billed and paid R739 on the 31st of December

January 25th I was billed also paid R739 on the 31st of January

25th February 2023 I was billed paid it on the 28th of February

25th of March I was billed paid 31st of March 2023

25th of April I was billed and paid 30th of April manually

Then changed my billing dates to the 1st of every month the 1st of May R739 was deducted

The bill for April was generated 25th I paid it on the 30th R739

On the 1st of May you deducted R739 again

After I had paid. So now it means I paid R1478 for what? If I hadn't changed it I would be billed on the 25th of May and paid Before the first of June

So now I will have to pay again 1st of June no no no I need a refund
