Bad service and no network

I am frustrated with Rain for the past month network is a problem. I have decided to cancel my subscription and I have commented with the Rain on their WhatsApp platform informing them about my intention. I was advised to cancel on RainGo and I have done that and the the response was an agent will contact me but still today no one has contacted me as yet.

Please can someone contact me and arrange for pickup your unit. I have stopped the debit order so don't bother to deduct only arrange for pickup
