Bad service and no communication from Rain

Very bad service with no communication, network goes down every day for over an hour in the first month of upgrading to 5G, Rain must stop over selling the 5G package cause ever since I upgraded been having network issues every day, making work from home a nightmare, we must report to our superiors at work on things we know nothing of, cause Rain is very bad with communication, we call with our own airtime and data of which Rain won't compensate us for, we must come to this platform to get a response from Rain
