Bad service and ****ming people

Very bad experience,got charged for service not rendered,when I call the consultants are not helping,I didn't have electricity for months but I was charged when I asked what exactly am I charged for I was asked a stupid question. I called to cancel but I still get charged even though they dont render the service. This people are ****mers
