Bad service and lot of unresolved issues

I am so disappointed and frustrated towards rain service . I wish I could have checked the reviews before Opening it. I app**** for rain two weeks ago and I was told I will start paying end of May. Ever since I received it, nothing is working including the SIM cards. I logged into their portal and I it says im overdue. I called them multiple times to fix this but the matter has been escalated. Until today no one called or assisting with the issue . If they don’t solve this issue, month end they will what to charge me double and that wasn’t our agreement. I was told the that the one month free promo ends on the 1 of May.
