Bad service and lies from agents n manager

Hi guys I need help,so rain took money from my account without my consent… I paid via EFT the first payment went out then the second one agin,I tried to call n they told me they escalated the call to the billing account,it’s been weeks now.let’s be care of this internet service provider what more can they do to your account…if someone can help with taking this matter forward cause I am not sure if they take money again from account… I spoke to khesani the manager he asked for my banking details to refund my money even today nothing and I gave them my baking details so let’s be careful of Rain guys please
