Bad service and ignoring emails

I have had courier issues with the delivery of my device which Rain did not communicate with me about. I received a call from the courier explaining the reason they could not deliver. I am due to go overseas and will not be able to take collection of the device and nobody at Rain has rep**** or assisted me with rectifying the issue. My emails are being blatantly ignored. I have requested my subscription be cancelled and still, nobody has assisted me. I find it extremely poor service to claim to deliver in a specific period of time then not communicate when a problem is encountered and then blatantly ignore my communication.
