BAD SERVICE AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
My rights have been violated in such a way that I can't even express !! Rain is a ****!, they just want our monies! I've been with rain for over 6 months, in May I experienced a bad connection where my router did not have signal at all. I called rain and lodge the query for them to assist, they promised that they will send a technician to my address but it never happened. after that i sent an email on 09/05/2022 to cancel the subscription they called and told me that i need to pay the full monthly subscription before they cancel, i said its only fair to pay a pro-rata amount for the number of days that i've used their services in May cause i only used it for less than 10 days, they told me that they will revert to me to confirm the prorata amount and cancellation, it never happened, it was just a dream !! I kept on calling Rain and spoke to different consultants namely; Nokuthula, Ayanda, Casey, Sharon, Tumi. etc all of them did not get back to me, I also asked to speak to a manager but no manager bothered to call me back!!! ON TOP OF THE ABOVE BAD EXPERIENCE, THEY DEBITED R1000 FROM ACCOUNT FOR MAY AND JUNE SUBCRIPTION, I DO NOT REMEMBER CONNECTING TO RAIN NETWORK IN " JUNE", ONLY CONNECTED FOR LESS 10 DAYS IN " MAY" .. SO TELL ME WHAT MUST I DO??? i NEED MY MONEY AND

I want my refund asap!!
You do not value your customers, how can you send people to call me when they at my door step without arranging with me first ? I am always at work no one is home since you've inconvenienced me with your poor network I had no choice but to work from the Office. You want to satisfy your needs first before mine, you want to collect your router without refunding my money first, I want my refund please !! This is theft, everything has to be convenient for you !!
