Bad Service and I Lost trust no Internet after payment

I bought the card and got it delivered on 2th June 2020, paid R479-00 and activated. the 9th June today I did Rica the card no Internet access

7 emails to Rain they only say that I will be contacted and no response after? I have made my payment I expect service
