Bad service and *****elent debit orders

Please help me on suing rain for not cancelling my simcard and still be able to deduct my money even when I cancelled their simcard 3 months back, theya re acting like denial ex girlfriend who doesnt wanna leave you alone, I cancelled my sim 3 months back and they included money from that month ,october and November, at the bank I told them to block rain from deducting my money since they are not cancelling my sim card they told me to also reduce my online bank transaction to 0.0 which is what I did but today when I checked my phone I got a message saying Rain deducted R760 from my account mind you the bank I set limit to 0.0 these company is a **** doesnt also have a telephone number I thought this is not a contract and it is pay as you use service but they just deducted my money anyway
